Using Wovch
Questions about Circles, search, recommendations, privacy, Wovch Passes, and rewards.
Wovch is a private network for finding businesses through recommendations from people in your Circle.
Your Circle is the private, mutual group of people whose recommendations you trust. It is not a follower count, public audience, or uploaded contact list.
No. Wovch begins with personal recommendations. Visit Notes and confirmed activity can add useful context, but anonymous review volume does not lead the decision.
No. Wovch preserves who trusted a business, helps that person’s Circle find the recommendation, and supports clearly disclosed rewards only for eligible confirmed activity.
Those services provide broad public information. Wovch answers a different question: who among the people I trust has already recommended someone for this need?
You still can. Wovch makes existing answers searchable, keeps the person behind each recommendation visible, and gives useful answers a place to live for later.
Yes. Search is the primary path. Wovch looks for recommendations already in your Circle before inviting you to ask.
Ask your Circle directly. When someone answers, that recommendation can stay useful for future searches.
Accepted Circle connections can discover the businesses you wovch for in the product context. Wovch does not turn recommendations into a public profile or follower feed.
A business may see recommendation and Wovch Pass activity tied to its own profile. It does not receive your full Circle, contact list, personal email, or phone number for unrelated marketing.
No. Wovch discovery is Circle-gated. There is no public browse-all directory of Circle recommendations.
Some eligible confirmed visits may create a member reward and earnings for the person whose Wovch was used. Not every recommendation or interaction earns money, and the applicable financial connection is disclosed in context.
No. Rewards are never conditioned on praise, a star rating, or positive language. Any required Visit Note must reflect the member’s real experience.
After the eligible visit is confirmed, any required Visit Note is completed, payment succeeds, and the applicable clearing period ends. Reviews, disputes, reversals, and payment changes can affect eligibility.
Wovch does not charge members to create an account or use Circle discovery under the current launch model.
Wovch is designed for local business discovery. Useful coverage depends on the people in your Circle and the businesses they recommend.
Growing with Wovch
Questions about profiles, visibility, confirmation, pricing, payments, and analytics.
Join as a BusinessWovch helps a business become discoverable through genuine customer recommendations inside private Circles, while providing profile, confirmation, billing, and recommendation-activity tools.
Yes. Start with the business form so Wovch can review the details needed to verify and activate the profile.
No. Businesses cannot buy higher placement inside Circle recommendations.
An eligible confirmed visit may trigger the Wovch reward amount preserved for that Wovch Pass. A profile view, Circle appearance, or Pass creation alone does not create the visit charge.
The current launch model has no monthly subscription and a 0% Wovch platform fee. Businesses set a first-visit reward starting at $1. Payment-processing costs may be deducted before reward distribution.
An eligible confirmed repeat visit uses 40% of the original first-visit reward.
A participating business sets the reward for an eligible confirmed first visit. The amount is part of the Wovch Pass context and does not buy placement or favorable feedback.
The Wovch Pass flow provides the relevant visit context. Businesses must confirm only visits that occurred. Wovch may review, delay, adjust, or reverse activity when accuracy, authorization, disputes, refunds, or abuse are at issue.
Only information needed for the business’s own Wovch activity, such as relevant Pass, visit, source recommendation, confirmation, and billing status. A business does not receive the member’s full Circle or unrelated payout details.
Business profiles can include relevant location and service details, and authorized team members can be assigned appropriate profile, confirmation, or billing responsibilities.
The business console focuses on confirmed visits, repeat activity, recommendation activity, profile completion, billing, and actions that need attention rather than vanity impressions.
Yes. Wovch provides review and dispute paths while keeping proprietary risk signals and internal controls confidential.
Yes, subject to unresolved charges, confirmations, disputes, payouts, retention duties, and the applicable business terms.
